I handmake almost everything that I sell. I try to keep the best quality products I possibly can. I do understand that there are times where an item may arrive damaged or not to your liking. I will do my best to accommodate each individual situation.
#1 Ready to ship (RTS) items are available for shipment and will ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.
#2 An estimate of Custom order turnaround times will be emailed to you upon order placement and determined based on complexity of the order and the order in which they are received.
#3 Refunds-All sales are final.
#4 if an item needs to be returned due to a crystal/fabric option order mistake when the buyer placed the order, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fee.
#5 restocking fee will be 30% of sales price
#6 If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us asap. USPS normally allows claims to be filed within 14 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product instructions will be emailed to you once approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping for the original item will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
